20 minutes zazen, 10 kinhin, 30 zazen. Got a bit sidetracked by the end of the second sit, but good overall. Taken to doing kinhin in the garden, even if I’m sitting inside. Starting to see the fruits outside of sitting time. Mundane tasks are joyful again, rather than ever-so-slightly annoying, for example. Becoming an altogether a slightly less grumpy version of myself, which is quite nice, and something to build on.
