Yesterday was busy and I didn’t manage to sit, so I caught up with two 30-minute sits this morning, with 5 minutes of walking meditation between. This morning I tried an experiment: sitting on stream. I have some reservations about trying this, but there were definitely positives: I somehow experienced the same heightened connectedness I feel when sitting in a Zoom group. I’m curious to discover if this is amplified when sitting with a group in person. So: I think I’ll experiment with more of that. It definitely helped me focus.
